The Challenge
Robert-Leslie Publishing approached SolidLine with the need for a comprehensive, yet engaging method of training educators how to implement their exclusive pre-kindergarten learning system, The InvestiGator Club. This curriculum is a multi-tiered educational tool with a rich colorful world full of engaging characters and settings. It was important that each teacher using this program be fluent in how the program works, so no texture or enthusiasm for learning could be lost in the translation from curriculum to training video.

The Solution
Professional video production company, SolidLine immediately went to work dissecting and analyzing the learning and teacher materials.acquiring a deep understanding of the very detailed program. Colorful high end motion graphics, a 'live' host on a custom designed set, and 2d character animation of Dilly Gator, one of the InvestiGator Club members, was used to both draw the audience in and them through the hour long implementation program. High Definition footage filmed on-location in the classroom was also incorporated into the video production to demonstrate actual teaching techniques and drive home key points. The finishing touch: a musical score produced around the actual InvestiGator Club music.        

The Outcome
The InvestiGator Club is a curriculum dependent upon capturing the imagination and the exuberance of the students; however, this can only be achieved by captivating the teacher as well.
