The Challenge
In 2004, Lechner & Sons, a uniform rental company
in Illinois, completed construction of its new multi-million
dollar production facility. Years of planning had
gone into its development and the marketing team
now needed an avenue to educate current and potential
clientele about the new facility and its revolutionary
RFID technology. The team at Lechner & Sons sought
out creative from SolidLine Media; and, as usual,
SolidLine delivered. |

The Solution
By utilizing patented I-Research methodology, the SolidLine creative team was able to take Lechner & Sons goals and create a concept that would attract attention. With technology as a theme, the Lechner & Sons mascot, "Chip", was modeled as a 3d animated character and acted as "host" of the production - carrying along the sections and adding a bit of humor to the promotional piece. Advanced technological graphics and music were also used to drive home the production theme.
The Outcome
"We went into this project unsure of what the finished product would look like," stated Director of Sales Amy Ferguson. "The SolidLine team completely exceeded our expectations. For that, we are endlessly grateful." The production has helped the Lechner & Sons organization to increase their sales figures by 22%. It has also gone on to win several awards in the production industry, including an Aegis Award.
