The Challenge
RawSkills Baseball Combines was seeking to host baseball "combines" across the country for aspiring high school and college talents to capture their skills on video. In addition, RawSkills wanted each individual combine video streamed on an online database for all coaches and scouts to see. But, how was RawSkills going to be able to coordinate the logistics of having combine film crews at locations around the country? And, how would they get every individual combine video edited and encoded for streaming on the RawSkills database? The answer: SolidLine Media.

The Solution
SolidLine worked with RawSkills to develop a logistics strategy for each series of combines. This included the planning of combine dates as well as coordination of SolidLine crew and travel. In addition, a post-production process was established at SolidLine Chicago to ensure each of the hundreds of individual combine videos were completed and sent to the streaming database on time. SolidLine also produced a promotional video featuring the RawSkills philosophy and how the process works. This sports video production is utilized to acquire sponsorships and is also streamed on the RawSkills website.

The Outcome
